The MPS Decision Maker Tracking Studies are on-going assessments of IT decision makers and MPS customers. The tracker provides a representative, unbiased view of decision makers, helping MPS vendors to understand customers, their needs and how they are evolving.
The study provides information in three areas: demographics, purchase and brand metrics. Started in 2008, the Tracker studies have a consistent methodology across geographies and time, providing a comprehensive understanding of the customer’s decision-making process and requirements as well as insights into key MPS brand metrics.
