Cashing In on Workflow Opportunity with Scan + Print

Moving beyond print and into Stage 3 managed print services (MPS) engagements is the golden path toward long-term relationships with customers, ongoing cost-savings opportunities, and a sustainable business model. The quicker that a service provider can control output and start optimizing the full document life cycle in a customer’s business, the more likely it is that the provider will be able to protect itself from being displaced by competitive managed print providers or a managed service provider who is looking to gain control of the output fleet. This session will provide a blueprint of how to begin talking with customers about document workflow. It will also discuss how to incorporate both scanning and print-management solutions into an MPS program to help customers gain the most value out of their office equipment by using those devices to enable smarter, more productive, and more cost-effective document workflows.
