Early Bird Discounts – We encourage our participants to take advantage of the early bird discount if they choose to sign up before the cutoff date. The Super Early Bird rate ends December 31, 2011 and the Early Bird Rate ends on February 28, 2012.
Cancellations, Refunds and Transfers – Cancellations must be received in writing by April 23, 2012 and are subject to a U.S. $75 processing fee. Refunds will be processed within 30 days after the conference. Refunds will not be granted after April 23, 2012, nor will they be given for no-shows. You may transfer your registration to another person within your organization at any time by written notification.
Special Requirements – If you require any special requirements (dietary, access, etc.) please contact the conference manager at +1 (859) 846-9830 at least one month prior to the conference. Every effort will be made to accommodate your wishes.
Photo and Video Release – Sections of the 2012 Global MPS Conference may be broadcasted and recorded. Photos may be taken and distributed to media or used in promotional materials. By your attendance at Transform 2o12, Photizo Group reserve the right to use your likeness for such purposes.
