L. Ray Moncrief

Ray Moncrief has in-depth experience in startup, expansion, and divestiture of businesses, and is currently Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of Kentucky Highlands Investment Corporation. He also serves as President and Chief Executive Officer of Mountain Ventures, Inc., a Small Business Investment Corporation (SBIC) licensed by the U. S. Small Business Administration and a wholly-owned subsidiary of Kentucky Highlands Investment Corporation. Additionally, Mr. Moncrief is an active Director on ten corporate Boards of Directors, and is a member of the Board of Governors of the National Association of Small Business Investment Companies (NASBIC) and is a past member of the Executive Committee of NASBIC. He has participated in several study groups analyzing capital needs in rural areas including an economic round table at the White House and has traveled nationally and internationally speaking about the use of equity investment as an economic development strategy.

With more than 25 years leadership and management experience at IBM and Lexmark International, Inc, he brings a diverse understanding of systems, technology, business issues, strategy, analytics and people, producing breakthrough results in new product development, manufacturing and supply chain. As vice president of Lexmark’s Business Products business area, Greg oversaw a product line that garnered the most awards in the desktop laser printer industry for three years running. Survant was a driving factor in creating Lexmark’s hardware development laboratory in The Philippines where he led the development and implementation of a new global design and manufacturing sourcing strategy that delivered world-class costs. He championed Lexmark’s Operational Excellence and corporate social responsibility initiatives and was responsible for just under $1B in cost and expense and 1,600 employees.
Ed Crowley

Ed has over 20 years of experience in the hardcopy industry, including key leadership positions at QMS, DataProducts and Lexmark. Most recently Crowley was the senior manager for global marketing and product strategy in Lexmark’s PS&SD Division. Crowley is a board member of the MPSA and a speaker at conferences worldwide on the topics of brand strategy, the hardcopy markets, and marketing strategy and intelligence.
